Who we are
At Alevri, we started baking because we missed the traditional bread we grew up with. Made from simple ingredients and nothing else, our goal is to share the benefits of nourishing bread the way our families enjoyed it.
My name is Ourania, the creator of Alevri. I’ve harbored an infatuation for all things baking since childhood. Alevri was made out of a longing for authentic bread that feels as honest and comforting as the loaves pulled from family ovens generations ago. Tired of bread filled with additives and stripped of its soul, I wanted to create something real. Alevri is a return to the basics: flour, water, salt, and time. The bread is my way of sharing that meaningful experience and reconnecting us all to our roots, one loaf at a time.
